Well, that’s a bummer! The Targaryen family has been killed off, leaving Westeros in chaos. It’s a real shame; they were such an iconic dynasty. But hey, that’s life - nothing lasts forever. Still, it’s hard to believe they’re gone for good. I guess all we can do now is pick up the pieces and move on.

Well, Episode 6 of Game of Thrones is a real doozy! Viserys (Harry Lloyd) gets the axe from Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa) and his Dothraki horsemen. It’s a pretty gruesome death, so be warned if you’re planning on watching it.
Mad King Aerys: The last Targaryen king, Aerys was killed by Jaime Lannister during Robert Baratheon’s rebellion. He was known for his cruelty and insanity, and his death marked the end of the Targaryen dynasty in Westeros.
Rhaegar Targaryen: Rhaegar was the eldest son of Aerys and heir to the Iron Throne before he was killed by Robert Baratheon at the Battle of the Trident. His death sparked a civil war that eventually led to Robert’s ascension as king.
